Privacy policy

Your email address and basic order information: which products you bought, the amount, the date, and the download activity attached to the order. We keep this so we can deliver your files, honour the refund policy, and answer support requests.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card numbers and banking details are entered on their systems and never reach ours — we only see a confirmation that the order was paid.

Whetstone is pen and paper. Your scores, answers, and training notes stay on your printed pages. We never see them and have no way to collect them.

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data. We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it, and every message we do send has a one-click unsubscribe.

The store uses essential cookies for checkout and lightweight, aggregate analytics to understand which pages people read. No advertising profiles are built from your visit.

You can ask us for a copy of the data attached to your order, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email support@whetstone.example with your order number and we'll respond within one business day.
