Terms of sale

Whetstone products are downloadable PDF files. There is no physical shipment, no app, and no subscription. Every product page lists the page count and what is included.

Your purchase grants you a permanent, non-exclusive license to use the files for your own personal training. You may print and reprint them as many times as you like, for yourself and the people in your household.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or republish the files or their contents — in whole or in part, free or paid. Commercial, classroom, team, or organisational use requires written permission; email us and we'll sort it out.

Delivery is instant. After checkout you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. If a link fails or expires, email support with your order number and we'll re-issue it.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the files have not been downloaded. Once you download the files, the order is fulfilled and non-refundable.

If you're unsure before buying, ask us anything first — we answer within one business day.

Whetstone is a secular self-assessment and training system. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a clinical diagnostic instrument, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
